While spiral bevel gears are preferred for high-speed, low-noise applications, the classic straight bevel gear remains an essential component for high-torque, low-speed differential drives and hand-operated machinery. For these applications, simple maintenance and cost-effective durability are key requirements. Our highly reliable straight bevel gear is designed to deliver reliable performance in rugged, cost-sensitive power transmission applications. Since 2007, we have produced high-quality bevel gears at our plant in Pujiang. By leveraging our parent company Zhejiang Fengan Gear Co., Ltd.'s extensive manufacturing resources, we produce these straight bevel gear sets with a focus on dimensional consistency and reliable performance.

We construct our straight bevel gear from selected structural alloys, utilizing precise gear-shaping and milling equipment to ensure correct tooth profiles and smooth meshing. The straight tooth profile is engineered to distribute radial forces evenly, providing stable operation in differential assemblies and manual drives. To ensure high durability, we apply specialized surface treatments and carburizing heat treatments. We maintain a stable monthly production capacity of 30,000 sets of bevel gears, helping you secure a reliable supply of essential components and avoid stockouts during peak production seasons.
